Hey everyone,
At the Gulf Great White Shark Society, we’ve always celebrated what’s wild — from the power and mystery of great whites to the fragile habitats that make our oceans thrive. Every dive, every photo, every story we share is about keeping people connected to the untamed side of nature (especially white sharks and the ocean!)
That same passion for wild places led me to help produce a new feature documentary called Feral Humans: The Search for Wild Men & Lost Tribes.
The film explores the legends and mysteries that linger in remote wilderness — places where humanity still brushes up against the unknown. But at its core, it’s about something we all understand here: how the world is shrinking around wild spaces, and how much we still need them — in the oceans, the forests, and in our imagination. It’s also a bit spooky so I thought it would be a good time to share near Halloween.
Since I’m sharing the documentary here with our Gulf Great Whites community, this afternoon (Saturday) I decided to do something special. I wanted to put in an added bonus.
